My Dinner - Steam Red Snapper Fish with Sambal

Common way of preparing sambal fish is to grill or fry the fish, then top it with sambal. My Aunt steam the fish instead. It's healthy & retain the sweetness of the fish. Fish my all times favourite!


First, she will use her Rempah, add seasoning & fried till fragrant, set aside. Steam the fish with 100g of stock, when cooked top with sambal & serve. It's so simple provided that you have the ready to use rempah.

My veg tonight was stir fried broccoli & califlower w/sweet pea. I always look forward to come home on weekdays nite for my home-cooked dinner.
