Koi Cafe originated from Taiwan, selling premium bubble tea. There are about 4 outlets in Singapore. I like the Ice coffee so whenever I pass by the cafe at Toa Payoh, I will get one Koi Cafe at 50% sugar level. The special feature about this beverage shop is that you get to choose the sugar level of your drink. Ranging from no sugar to full sugar level (100%). Their bubble teas are more expensive compared to the others but they are still able to draw crowd. I think people are willing to pay more for better stuff. I like the black pearl in the drink, the Koi pearls are very chewy and addictive too.
