A newly open stall near my workplace air-con foodcourt. With a glance, I thought this stall is one of the franchise of Famous Pontian Wanton Mee which can be found all over Singapore but after a closer look, it's called Pontin instead of Pontian! Are they the same? I'm not sure but the food is similiar. This is a Malaysia style's wanton mee which used handmade egg noodles and black sauce. You can choose the noodles sauce, with chilli sauce, black sauce, tomato sauces or a mixture. Usually I will have the black sauce and chilli sauce combination. The noodle was not bad, quite springy and tasty. I like their wanton too, the skin is very tin and crispy with flavourful meat fillings.
