Then, I press the pastry into the tart mould and not onto the paper casing. You need a solid support to hold the pastry. The paper casing is for serving only.

For the corner, I used a fork to seal it and mini cookie cutter for the different shapes on the cover.

Happy baking!Wenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14917304694651890369noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6894099588175030100.post-30257185065398367892009-04-17T13:08:00.000+08:002009-04-17T13:08:00.000+08:00Hi chumpman, thanks for visiting and hope you will...Hi chumpman, thanks for visiting and hope you will enjoy reading my daily delights.Wenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14917304694651890369noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6894099588175030100.post-28943545419601918232009-04-17T12:22:00.000+08:002009-04-17T12:22:00.000+08:00Hi, I like to check if you roll out one or two pas...Hi, I like to check if you roll out one or two pastry dough for the paper casing...ie one for base and another to cover after putting in the fillings.
