This duck was deep freezing in my fridge since CNY till now. I bought this duck hoping to find time to try Chef Yong's braised duck recipe but been very busy recently. Till today my aunt cooked it on my behalf... It's really taking up a lot of my freezer space. So I passed her the recipe to do it. My braised duck for dinner tonight. Quite nice but a bit sweet so maybe have to adjust the sugar.
We only manage to finish half of it so this half will have to keep for next meal.
