Soup - Double boiled top shell with fish maw and American ginseng
Main courses - Steamed Soon Hock / Prawns in Szechuan sauce / Roasted Nam-yu chicken / Braised abalone with seacucumber & broccoli / Fried rice with seafood
Dessert - Chilled mango sago with pamelo and mini egg tart
