Chicken Chop


Easy weekend cooking!


Chicken Chop in mushroom sauce with pasta in tomato sauce and saute assorted capsicum!


Recipe - Chicken Chop
Serve 2
2 boneless chicken leg 

Seasoning: (seasoned for 2-3 hours)
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp maggie seasoning
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Black pepper
Before pan grilling add 1 tsp cornflour

Mushroom sauce:
1/4 no chopped onion
4 shitake mushroom or ang fresh mushroom (sliced)
18g brown sauce powder (I used Ikea meatballs sauce powder)
180 ml chicken stock or 160ml water + 20ml cream
Black pepper
Herbs/chopped parsley

Method:
1. Heat up lightly greased pan, pan grilled the chicken chop till cooked. Dish out.
2. Use the same pan, saute onion n mushroom in olive oil till soft and brown.
3. Add stock/water and powder into it and simmer till thicken.
4. Add black pepper and herbs. Pour some over chicken chop to serve.



Serve it with pasta/rice/bread/potatoes and seasonal saute vegetables!
