Recently Korean strawberry & NZ blueberries are getting cheaper. Strawberries were having promotion at $2.95/box and blueberries at $3.20/box from NTUC. We used to pay $7.00-$8.00 for Korean strawberries and usually blueberries were at $5.00-$6.00. Now we Singaporean are so blessed to have all the good fruit at reasonable & affordable price.
I got the idea of making this simple dessert from "Happy Home Baking". I made this last evening, I place some digestive biscuit crumb at the bottom, then add strawberries & Kiwi in between the low fat plain yogurt. Lastly top with strawberry & some blueberries. Really yummy even my doggies were attracted by it. LOL...
