Stir Fry Spinach with Fermented Beancurd

Aunt's homecooking recipe:
Stir Fry Spinach w/Fermented Beancurb

Spinach - 2 pkts
Fermented Beancurd - 1 pc (add 1tbsp water to mash to paste)
Red chilli - 1 no (sliced)
Garlic - 1 no (crushed)

3 tbsp Stock
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Sesame oil
1 tsp Chinese Wine
1/2 tsp Cornflour (mix w/1 tbsp water)

Method:1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok to fry garlic till fragrant.
2. Add spinach to fry till 1/2 cooked, dish out.
3. Heat 1 tbsp oil to fry fermented beancurd till fragrant.
4. Return spinach into wok.
5. Add sauce & thickening. Fry till cooked. Stir in red chilli. Dish out.
