Claypot Fishhead
Claypot fishhead is a common cze char dish. What I had tonight was home-cooked, simple yet satisfying one dish meal. This was my special request to my aunt to cook this for me.
Instead of fishhead, she used a whole garoupa and add roast pork, califlower, chinese cabbage, carrot, red chilli & spring onion. She omitted yam as I don't like to eat. Mushroom, beancurb, leek & fishmaw can be added too but she kept it simple.
