Baked a few bottles of these crunchy and yummy chocolate chips cookies last Saturday. Gave some to my uncle, brought some to office and left some at home. Everybody gave thumb up for these cookies and commented that it was one of the best one I had made so far. Thanks to Valerie's for this wonderful recipe. I really love it and my colleagues even want me to bake and sell it to them. I reduce some sugar and choc chips to adjust the sweetness to my liking. It's not overly sweet so really quite addictive and you simply can't stop at one. Sorry to say that I can't share the recipe as it's a promise to Valarie.
