This slide is specially dedicated to Jean who had various unsuccessful attempt on Richard Goh's Banana cake recipe. As promised I tried to take photos of various steps in making of this cake last Friday so hope these are helpful to you, Jean. I made a double recipe so it was baked in a 10" square tin.

Hi Ah Tze, thanks for stopping by.
Hi Wen, too bad I cannot see this slides. I baked your cake and it was very good. Buy accident I set the oven at 180 for the first 10 minutes and the cake deflated a little bit when I took it out of the oven. The bottom part was a bit dense but flavour was very nice.
Hi Wen,
Thanks for sharing. After whisking for 10mins the batter was about 3/4 full but after mixing the flour n oil the batter became half full. Does that means I over mixed it?
