Enterprise 50 Dinner Yr 2010

This year I was invited by my company to attended E50 dinner again. A black tie event serving French cuisine. The menu was not as good as last year but was still enjoyable.

Smoked Duck with Saffrn Poached Pear, Foie Gras with Raisin Compote and Truffle Oil


Light Cream of Butternut Pumpkin Soup Infused with Coriander


Pan Seared Barramundi Fillet on Edamane Pea Puree with Cream Reduction and Braised Fennel served with Confit Tomatoes on Basil Olive Oil


Apricot Almond Tart with Sautee Spiced Apricot and Vanilla Gelato
