Enterprise 50 Gala Dinner - Yr 2009

Let me take a break from posting my Oct '09 backlogs and proceed with this... If you happened to be reading the paper on Tues, there's a section of exclusive write up on E5o winners which were announced on Mon - 2/11/09. The company I work in happened to be one of the 50 winners and I happened to be invited to the E50 Annual Award Gala Dinner held at Raffles City Convention Centre.

A Black Tie event dinner and for those who were interested in what was served? This was the menu:

Assorted Bread Rolls Basket

Mountain pepper seared magura and salmon
Prawn tartar and tabiko roe
Fresh herbs and young salad
Citrus vinaigrette and prawn oil

Celeriac and granny-smith apple soup
Infused with truffle oil and sprinkled with roasted macadamia nut

Main Course
Slow cooked duck leg confit with Madeira reduction
Baked baby chicken breast with duck liver mousse and cepes
On butternut mash and roasted green asparagus

Almond chocolate cake with ivory mint custard
Strawberry jelly and forest of fruits sherbet
