Teriyaki Chicken Meatballs

Tried another keeper recipe from one of my favourite recipe site for Japanese food! These chicken meatballs with homemade teriyaki sauce are such delight! Minced chicken breast meat mix with tofu, capsicum, egg and ginger made into meatballs, pan fried and glazed with teriyaki sauce! The meatballs are soft, tender and flavourful!

Korokke - Japanese Potato and Bacon Croquette

Croquette also known as Korokke in Japanese, is a Japanese deep fried dish. Basically is mixing meat, seafood or vegetable into balls, coat with flour, egg and bread crumbs to fry. Usually served as snack or as a side dish. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

Quan Ji Seafood 泉记海鲜

Just discover a hidden gem in my neighbourhood! This stall was recommended by the media few years ago but I only noticed it after my friend told me about it recently. The food is reasonably affordable and good!

Cranberry Cornflakes Cookies

This is one of my all time favourite cornflakes cookies recipe that I have made numerous times for friends and colleagues. Can substitute the cranberry with chopped walnuts for better crunch but I love it with cranberry. They just pair so well with cornflakes!
