Chinese New Year Workshop Menu 14

Attended another Chef Yong CNY's workshop at Serangoon CC on Tuesday. Star of the day was the Home Made Char Siew which had attracted me to register for this workshop. I'm glad I went, oh the char siew was so delicious but has a 2nd thought of making it at home. After roasting, you really have a lot of cleaning to do to the oven.

Home Made Char Siew on Marinated Cucumber

Wine Broth Poached Fish Fillet w/Fermented Black Bean Sauce & Dried Orange Peel

Yuzu Jellies w/Vanilla Ice Cream and Red Bean Topping
