Chinese New Year Workshop Menu 15

Hello I'm back... after missing for more than a week! This is a very late posting as I was so busy making CNY goodies. I will start posting my backlogs.

My last CNY workshop with Chef Yong at Serangoon CC on 13/1/09. CNY Menu 15 includes:
1. Crabmeat Corn Soup w/Winter Melon & kanimi Crabstick
2. Chaozhou Prawn Rolls (Hae Cho)
3. Cold Poached Chicken w/Sesame Soya Chilli Dressing
