Paradise Inn under The Paradise Group of restaurants, is newly open at Funan Digital Mall. It offers a selection of traditional and popular cuisine including authentic aromatic tea & dessert. Rather similar concept to the Soup Restaurants & Diao Xiao Er. We were there last evening to try it out after reading from the paper that it's having special promotion for OCBC & HSBC credit card holders. There is a 30% discount on the dessert (for HSBC only), 10% off food bill and $5.00 special for the "Steamed Song Fish Head w/Bean Paste. Promotion valid till 31/3/09.
As it's new and on weekend, it's expected to be crowded. Maybe most of the staff are new so there were some mistakes made on the sequence of the orders. We waited for almost an hour. Luckily the food was good if not I will be very frustrated for waiting so long. All the dishes we ordered were tasty & enough "wok hei". It's worth giving it a try especially with the promotion.
