This cookies are very crunchy, fragrant and addictive. I learnt this from Chef Keiko's class. Sorry I can't share this recipe without prior permission from the author. I plan to include this in the coming Christmas & CNY bake. So now must start practising on piping the cookies as you can see I did a rather lousy job. This cookie actually should look prettier but anyway it is really yummy. Even myself ate a few on one go.
