The last time my aunt bought 'Mountain cat king' durian, I deseed some and kept in the freezer. Today my brother is coming over to my place and he love durian & cakes so I used that to make into durian rolls last night. I really like this recipe very much. The swiss roll is very soft and instead of the usual sweetness, this cake is salty. This is to compliment the sweet durian cream filling. This was my second time making this and I always can't stop at just one roll.
