Kimchi Miso Udon Hotpot

We prepared a convenient and hazzle free dinner on Tues. I bought this packet of concentrated stock from Isetan Supermarket. It was on promotion so I think I only paid S$5.90. Also bought a pack of udon (S$7.90) to go with the soup.

Just need to add same amount of water to stock and bring it to boil in a hotpot. The udon was very starchy so have to precook separately for 10 mins and wash in cold water before adding into the hotpot.

We added taiwan black pig shabu shabu, fresh mushroom, chinese cabbage & leek. Really yummy and shiok!
