Japanese Milky Madeleines

Madeleine, a simple sweet petit butter cake that make a perfect snack for afternoon tea. Another recipe from Okashi by Chef Keiko that I tried. Nice cake, very fragrant and milky. Didn't alter or reduce anything in the recipe and try to follow the instruction closely based on my interpretation. Sweetness was just right for us and so far no one complaint the sweetness. Definitely going to make this again.
