This slide is specially dedicated to Jean who had various unsuccessful attempt on Richard Goh's Banana cake recipe. As promised I tried to take photos of various steps in making of this cake last Friday so hope the slide is helpful to you, Jean. I made a double recipe so it was baked in a 10" square tin.
