Pineapple Tarts - A must have goodies for my family. This year I used Valerie's recipe but the pineapples I used ready paste from Sunlik. The trick to make it taste nicer and moist when using ready paste is to knead in 100g of soft butter for 1 pack into the paste. Here's my pineapple tart and the pastry was not bad, buttery and melt in the mouth type with a bit of crisp.
