Stir Fry French Bean with Preserved Radish & Dried Shrimp


Aunt's homecooking recipe:
Stir Fry French Bean with Preserved Radish & Dried Shrimp



Ingredients:
French Bean - 500g (cut 1.5" lengthwise)
Dried Shrimp - 60g (rinsed, cut into small pcs & deep fried)
Preserved radish (sweet chai poh) - 1.5 tbsp (Rinse & microwave to dry)
Garlic - 1 no (chopped)

Sauce:
2 tbsp Stock
1/2 tsp Vetsin
1/2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sesame oil
Pepper

Method:
1. Heat 2 tbsp oil to fry chai poh till crispy. Dish out and mix it with fried dried shrimp.
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil to fry french bean for 2 mins, then add in sauce to saute till cooked and sauce almost dry. Dish out.
3. Top with dried shrimp & chai poh mixture to serve.
