Golden Churn Butter Cake

A nice butter cake recipe from Cooking Crave that I tried recently. The texture was soft and fluffy with nice buttery fragrant. I made a double recipe so that I can finish up the whole canned of Golden Churn butter and bake in a 10" square tin.

looks good, my family loves butter cake, no matter how much I baked, butter cake can finish real fast :).

Golden Churn Butter is the best for butter cake and lapis legit. Your cake looks moist & fluffy.

I always use the SCS the star brand. Does it mean that Golden Churn is a better choice of butter?

Thanks for visiting my blog and your lovely comment. According to many, they find that canned Golden Churn butter make the cake moist and taste more buttery. I like to use it for butter cake, kueh lapis & pineapple tarts but usually I will chill it before use.
