Here are some of the photos from the icing class I attended. It's also a hands on experience. It can be quite interesting if you have the interest. Everytime when I attended the class, I had to bring my own cake and cream. We were taught the basic ways of creaming and its take lots of practices to really cream a cake nicely. During class, we used butter cream as it won't melt so it much easier than fresh cream.
