Longevity Bun from Peach Garden Rest
These shuo tao were from Peach Gdn for my boss to wish him Happy Birthday. I took some of the photos as I tot it was quite special. The colour and green leaves were so nicely done up and the filling was not the usual lotus paste but was savoury chai siew.
