With my Aunt around, I hardly need to cook nowaday. This weekend, I decided to try out the recipes I learnt from Chef Yong CNY class. I have not been using the wok for quite awhile so I find myself a bit slow but I still managed to complete it successfully and my family loved the dishes. I whipped up 2 dishes, General Tso's Chicken & Cold Mushroom Salad w/Pine Nuts.
