On Yuan Xiao day, my lady boss brought a big pot of stew mushrooms w/fa cai & abalone to office for us. One of them made her home-made dumpling soup for us. With a few of my colleagues, we asked our coffee lady to cook some rice for us and we added some takeaway veg & tofu to share a simple yuan xiao lunch in office. The stew mushroom was really delicious, so rich in flavour...yummy!
