Dinner last night was Sukiyaki hotpot, it's japanese food again. We were trying to finish off the black pig shabu shabu from CYN Reunion's dinner leftover. This is the easiest & also my favourite type of steamboat to have at home.
All you need is the sukiyaki sauce from Kikomon, stock, leek, chinese cabbage, spring onion, tofu, shitake mushroom/golden mushroom & slice pork or beef. Serve with Jap rice and this was definitely my best weekday meal of the week.
