It's Tuesday again, attended my 2nd Thai cooking class by Forest Leong at Cairnhill. I like her because she's really cute when she talk and sometimes she will crack little jokes about the ingredients that's I find it quite funny. All three dishes were quite nice...
Thai Green Curry Chicken

Stir-Fried Thai Noodles (Pad Thai)

Red Rubies

Lesson 2 @ 17th Feb 2009

Forest Leong conducts cooking classes at Shermay's Cooking School and PA. Please check out the related websites for details if anyone is interested.
