After attending workshop at Shermay's yesterday, met up my family for dinner at Crystal Jade La Mian XLB for a quick dinner. Actually we planned to have zi char at one of the coffee shop but the weather was so warm yesterday that I suggested to eat at Crystal Jade instead.
Well, the food was not really fantastic. The Xiao Long Bao's skin a bit too thick and the fried dumplings even worst, the skin was thick and chewy. Is it their standard drop or due to change of chef? However, the dumpling in chilli oil and spicy sauce cold chicken la mian were delicious and appetizing. I like it very much.
