A treat from our vendor. An afternoon snack at 4pm during working days was so delightful as it will give you an excuse to take a short break in the pantry. This super mini handmade pau is from one of the hawker stall in Toa Payoh Lor 1 food centre. It's so small that only 2 bites needed to finish one pau. Quite nice and being so small, we can try a few types in one go. I like the bak pau and chai siew pau. They even have mini gong bak pau.
