What is it that I'm good at? Ya, is making Korean Rice Roll - Kimbap! My family, friends & colleagues all like to eat my korean style sushi. Even my cousin who's not interested in cooking also learnt this from me. Since then she been making it whenever she has potluck or gathering with friends. Last night I made some to bring to office.
Simple ingredients of eggs, crabstick, carrot, pickles, cucumber, mayo & spam are used but when it's all roll up together, it's just taste so delicious! Refer to my previous post for recipe.
