Fuji Japanese Resaurant, Bangkok

A late lunch at one of the popular chain Japanese restaurants in Bangkok at Emporium (BTS - Phrom Phong) after a visit to a friend's apt which is nearby. Fuji Japanese Restaurants have more than 50 branches all over Thailand, served decent and reasonably priced Japanese food.

Salmon Sashimi Salad in Thai Dressing

Fresh and appetizing.

Grilled Salmon Belly

Nicely grill with crispy skin and the fish meat was liked melt in the mouth. My fav part of all fishes - belly!!!

Roll Sushi Set

The presentation was pretty nice and the sushi was fresh and refreshing too with lettuce added.

Grilled Beef in Special Sauce

The beef a bit too much vein and the sauce too sweet. Not impressive.

Braised Salmon Fish Head

Everyone fav of the day, super yummy salmon fish head grill to perfection and braised in a nice teriyaki sauce.

Total bill was less than SGD40.00 which I think was super value for money. Definitely going back on my next trip.
