Complimentary mini lunch pack for 15 was the compensation given by Eatz Catering to my company for late delivery of our X'mas lunch buffet order. Other than that they also gave a 20% discount so we had decided to close the issue and settle the balance with them. The mini buffet was not enough for all so only the ladies were invited.
It's a 7 courses mini buffet that include: Grilled cheese sausages, Breaded prawns, Black pepper grilled chicken, Lamb stew, Prawn cocktail salad, Ham & egg fried rice & Fresh fruits. I'm very impressed with the quality of the food as compared to our last X'mas order. Every single item was nice and no one complaint about the food. We truly enjoyed the lunch. If they are able to maintain this kind of standard, I will not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

It's also became a mini pot luck lunch. I prepared the vegetables with mock abalone in the pantry using microwave (ingredients supplied by C & M). I contributed Amoy Siew Mai. M brought sotong balls & sambal ikan bilis prepared by her helper. As for the nonya noodles were from C. It was very nice when eaten with the pineapple chilli. Sedap!!!

Hi, I would like to know if their portion is good for the mini buffet? Is this more than anough for 15 persons? Their catering for us this saturday and ned to be sure I have enough for all guests. Thanks.
