CNY Bakes 2010: 3. Cashew Nut Cookies

Cashew Nut Cookies - another common CNY goodies that I always baked and also one of my bestsellers last year. However, this year due to time constraint cum laziness I decided not to take any order. This cookies were light, nutty and crunchy, cashew nut lover will love it.
