Straits Kitchen @ Grand Hyatt Hotel

22th Feb 2010

With colleagues. A dinner gathering to celebrate CNY at Straits Kitchen. A "Market Cafe' concept restaurant setting that showcase authenthic local hawker fares from the halal-certified Chinese, Malay, Nonya and Indian kitchens with a large selection of local desserts too. In short is a "Heaven of Local Delights" that provide ultimate Singaporean dining experience at one go with perfect ambiance and attentive service. I'm totally impressed with the quality and tastiness of the spread. There are so many must try and I only managed to try 50% of it which was quite an achievement already especially during CNY where we been feasting non-stop. This is one of the buffet that I will like to have a return visit.
