This was the 4th workshop (2 Valerie's & 2 Shermay's) that I signed up but missed it again due to my hectic work schedules. Luckily my friend Karen also signed up for the class. She is always very helpful and thoughtful. She collected the recipe and took notes for me, also gave me all the photos she took during the class. Thank you so much, Karen! Will be meeting up with you soon...
Anderson Ho is an award winning chef and also a cookbook author. It's really a pity that I missed such an interesting cooking class. According to K, all recipes are nice. I will be trying out one of them soon in the weekend. After watching Korean drama - Pasta, I have fallen deeply in love with anything pasta...
