Weekend Cooking VI - Korean Spicy Seafood Noodles (Jiamppong)


Enjoy a pipping hot and spicy Korean style seafood noodles hotpot in the comfort of your home in this cooling weather was really enjoyable. I got the idea for this dish from my recent Korea trip where they always served this noodles in Korean Chinese restaurant. Quite simple and fuss free to whip up.



Since is a hotpot, we can add anything we like. Rich and spicy... very shiok!


Here's my version...


I don't really have a recipe, the soup was just chicken stock. Added some hot pepper paste (Gochujang) & chilli powder to make it spicy.



Ingredients: Mussel, Fish, Pork, Zucchini, Leek, Mushroom & Noodles (thin, wheat noodles that are white and come in bundles pack, available in Korean grocery store)
