Jimbaran Bay Seafood Restaurant

Day 3 (Part 5) - 27th Aug 2011

There are many seafood restaurants lined up along Jimbaran Bay and most of them offer similar menu - Fresh Grilled Seafood. The restaurant at Jimbaran Bay are mostly overpriced and be prepared to pay a steeper price here as compared to other restaurants in Bali. We settled ourselves at Jimbaran Bay Seafood (JBK).

The view was simply breath taking during sunset. Enjoy a drink before we started our dinner.

This seasoned crispy peanut is popular in Bali and served in most restaurant.

We had 2 couple sets to share, Rp700,000 per set. The grilled seafood was not really fantastic.

The set include King River Prawn, Calamari, Clam & fish, soup, rice, vegetables, fruits and 2 bottles of soft drinks. We can choose the cooking method for the seafood.

Chicken vegetable soup

Stir fry kangkong

Fresh cut fruits

We bought a grilled corn from the beach hawker. It did not taste as good as it looked.

It's my buddy, Jaime's birthday so we invited the live band to sing birthday song for her. And we also dedicated a few of her favourite songs for her.

Our thoughtful guide cum driver prepared a birthday cake for Jaime.

Sipping cocktail, listening to the live music and enjoying the sea breeze, the birthday girl had a wonderful and memorable night!
