Katsudon (Pork Tonkatsu Rice Bowl)

This is a very simple and delicious recipe, adapted from "Cooking with Dog". Recommended by  a friend. Cooking with Dog is a Youtube cooking show hosted by a mysterious Japanese chef and her dog Francis! I love her simple cooking and recipes!

Simple and delicious with well balanced flavour. Definitely going to cook this again and again!

Penne in Spinach Basil Pesto Sauce with Grilled Chicken

Pesto Pasta is my all time favourite! Love the rich, garlicky and nutty flavour of pesto. This version added spinach so is not too overpowering by basil.

My first attempt in making char siew! Google around and decided to try out this recipe which looks pretty simple. Glad it turned out quite well and was fuss free to make it. I made half a recipe using shoulder pork instead of pork belly.

All time favourite butter cake!

Butter cake is one of my most frequent bakes because my family and colleagues love it especially my brother. Here's one of my recent favourite recipe from Cooking Crave! I had made this cake years ago (here) and just forgotten how good is it till I baked it again recently.

Banana Yoghurt Muffins

Wow I actually MIA for so long...! About to lose the momentum of updating my blog. My backlogs have become mission impossible to complete updating. lol! Lazy me, now I don't even carry my camera around, everything just snap with my Iphone!
