I baked some chocolate chip cookies for my friends on our Pre-Christmas celebration.
Recipe from Richard Goh (I made some changes):
Ingredients:
250g Hard butter
100g Demarara sugar
50g Molasses
2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
400g Plain flour
1tsp Baking powder
1/2tsp Baking soda
150g Choc chips
100g Walnuts (Toasted & chopped)
1tsp Vanilla
1tsp Rum
Method:
Preheat oven 180 degree C
1. Cream butter & sugar at medium speed for about 15 mins until creamy. Add in eggs.
2. Add in flour, baking soda, choc chips & walnuts and mix well.
3. Scoop mixture onto a greased baking tray. Press cookie down slightly before baking for about 15 mins.
