A very chocolatery cake with layer of chocolate sponge cake sandwiched with nugotin fresh whipped cream all over and filled with chocolate feuillitine crumbs in the centre. Lastly, covered the whole cake with melted chocolate and decorate with crouquant on the side. Hope to do it more nicely the next time... Another one of my favourite recipe from Richard Goh's Baking class.
Note: the weather was so warm that the cake start to melt already for just awhile outside for photographing.
