Hairy Crabs @ Great World City Food Junction

One of the Sunday, we had dinner at GWC Food Junction which was quite unusual for us. Normally we will go for zi char at coffee shop or some restaurants, seldom at Foodcourt for family dinner. Anyway, we had somethings unusual too at the Food Junction. Yes, we were feasting on the seasonal and rather expensive hairy crabs! Of course having it at the foodcourt is definitely cheaper than in restaurant so you don't expect to have someone cutting up the crabs nicely for you. All DIY!

I find it too time consuming to eat this even though it's a small crab but you need to spend lots of time going through every single legs to dip out all the flesh. Though the roe was very sweet and creamy but I'm just not a crab lover. So I just tried some and the rest were finished up by them. They seem to enjoy it very much. We paid about 70 plus ($23.80 for 1) for 3 hairy crabs and it was served with ginger tea.

We ordered some other food from the foodcourt too and most of them are quite nice:

Fishball Mi Tai Bak, Tom Yum Soup, Pad Thai, Roti Prata, Malay rice, Soursop Ice Jelly & Mixed Cocktails Ice Jelly.
