Some of my Dec 09 bakes...

Here's some of my recent bakes, trying out workshop and cookbook recipes.

Recipe from Daniel Tay's "Just Dessert". Using this sponge for Strawberry Shortcake later.

Not a very successful attempt. A bit burnt and the colour too dark. Taste wise was ok but a bit too much green tea. Recipe adapted from Keiko's cookbook - Okashi.

To finish off the oranges in my fridge, so use it to bake a Orange chiffon cake (Richard Goh's recipe).

Making scones again but was a savoury ones. Got the idea from "Kitchen Corner".
