While waiting for our order from 平记潮式海鲜煮炒 as it took awhile, there is a rather nice hokkien mee stall in the same coffee shop so we ordered a small plate of hokkien mee to share. This hokkien mee stall used charcoal to fry the noodles and they use "opah" leave for takeaway too. They used to be popular but seem like stardard has dropped. Though it still tasted quite nice but would prefer it to be more richer in taste.
