Yuan Yang Bao, anyone? Is a rich and sweet steamed bun filled with lotus paste, red bean paste and a whole salted egg yolk. So rich and sinful right but quite shiok for once a while indulgence. D'bun, the hand made bun specialist located along Joo Chiat Road eat street is selling it. They sell a variety of baos, chinese pastry and dim sums too. We bought some back to office for afternoon snack after a delightful chicken rice lunch at Tian Tian.

The bao skin was thin and not too fluffy but is still nice and soft when eaten warm.

We also bought some durian puffs and swiss rolls from Puteri Mas! What an indulgence in a day! Can't blame us because we seldom get to drive out for work lunch, so make full use of the opportunity. There are so many interesting goodies along Joo Chiat eat street. Puteri Mas durian puff is one of them. Actually I prefer their swiss rolls than puffs. The rolls are really really very soft that go so well with the durian fresh cream.
