Read so many rave reviews of this recipe that I decided to try it out. Quite disappointed that mine didn't turn out quite successful but taste and texture was excellent. Will try it again some other days.

Cheese Chiffon (Anna Phua)

Very Soft and light texture with a hint of cheese fragrant. Not very right so will bake again.
